1. Returns on full price merchandise must be requested within 5 days of customer receiving the merchandise. This excludes all custom orders.

Please ship items to the address on the packing slip, making sure they are well packed and insured. KML Designs is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
3. Sale items are all final sales. No returns or exchanges.
4. You must receive a return authorization number from KML Designs by calling us at the number listed on the top portion of your packing slip.
5. When returning you must include the return form from the bottom portion of the original packing slip.
6. Shipping & handling costs & other charges are non-refundable.
7. Once we have determined that the returned product is in the original condition as shipped from KML Designs. This includes that the items are free from pet hair, smoke or other unsellable conditions, and have all tags still on the product, we will gladly refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
8. Items purchased at KML Designs retail store front locations may NOT be returned to our online store for any reason.
9. KML Designs will charge 8.25% sales tax to items shipped within Texas. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to other states.
10. KML Designs is happy to help you create any piece of jewelry your heart desires. Custom orders are very special; each one will be priced based on stones, materials and labor. With custom orders there is a 50% deposit at time of order.

13. Craftsmanship and fine work is something that we pride ourselves on at KML Designs. Should your jewelry ever require repair we will gladly repair it at minimal cost. 14. Layaway purchases are more than welcome, but after six months without any inquires the jewelry is returned to inventory.
